According to eMarketer (01/21), the research firm predicted that US programmatic CTV video advertising would soar in 2021, with “incremental spending increasing to $2.37 billion. That $2.37 billion will represent almost 29% of all incremental spending on programmatic video ads this year, or about 15% of growth in the total programmatic display.” eMarketer also forecasted a 33.1% increase in US linear TV ad spending in 2021 for a total of $2.85B.
