CTSI Presents Alice by HeartMTI SAYS” From the Tony® and Grammy® award-winning creators of Spring Awakening, Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik, and co-written by Jessie Nelson (Waitress), Alice by Heart is a touching musical inspired by Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Featuring an incredible pop-rock score and a unique twist on Lewis Carroll's classic tale, Alice by Heart follows the story of a young girl who takes refuge in a London Tube station during WWII and confronts grief, loss, and love with the help of her favorite book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.”*
The show, licensed by MTI, is available for production for a very brief time. Featuring a cast of Students,13-17 years old, and directed by Laura D’Alto, Children’s Theatre of Southern Indiana will stage the show in a thrust-style set at The Crescent Room, bringing the actors close, in an immersive experience for the audience. The show runs approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.
