Our annual meeting will take place on Thursday, September 11th at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Perinton Community Center in room 209. There will be time for the membership to ask questions and provide feedback. If you are not an active member, please consider making your donation at www.crescenttrail.org/donate today! (Please note our fiscal year is October-September.)The main order of business will be the election of the Board of Directors for the coming year. If you are interested in joining the board, please email us at [email protected]. Nominations can also be accepted from the floor at the meeting. If you would like to vote but cannot attend, please email us at the above address.
The membership will also hear the annual treasurer’s report, an overview of the work accomplished over the past fiscal year, and our goals for the future.
