About this Event

Join the Seattle CTBUH Future Leaders chapter for a project tour of Kaye followed by a sponsored happy hour. Meet at the jobsite office located at 2118 Third Ave, Seattle, WA 98121. PPE is required.


Kaye is a 383,943 square foot, 31-story, 324-unit, new apartment building located in the heart of Seattle’s historic Belltown neighborhood which includes 17,047 square feet of amenity spaces. It is situated mid-block on Fourth Avenue between Bell and Blanchard streets. The project will feature 3 levels of underground parking for 151 spaces. It includes a publicly accessible ground floor with mixed-use and 6,779 square feet of retail spaces. The project is targeting LEED Gold, Fitwel, WiredScore and Salmon-Safe certifications. Construction began in January 2023 and completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.

The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) is the world’s leading nonprofit organization for all those interested in the future of cities. It explores how increased urban density and vertical growth can support more sustainable and healthy cities, especially in the face of mass urbanization and the increasing effects of climate change worldwide. The relationship between policy, buildings, people, urban density, urban space, interior space, and infrastructure is key.
