Join Connecticut author Mary Jane Ruffo for a talk on her new book, Sea Glass Beach: A Promise of Hope! Her book is a tender, heart-warming story about a young widow's journey as she struggles with the unexpected and devastating loss of her husband to a tragic accident. It is a story of faith, hope, and second chances, inspired by her annual trips to Block Island. Copies of the book will be available after the program. Mary Jane Ruffo is a retired educator. She and her husband, Mark, live in Eastern Connecticut with their Golden Retrievers, Brady and Zion. When she is not writing, making jewelry, or reading others’ stories, you may find her scouring the coastline looking for sea glass. This is her first novel.
