CSULB Kyu Test/Belt Grading

Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Arrive by 5:30pm)
Location: CSULB Dojo (KIN 60)
Details: Members who wish to advance to a higher rank will be offered an opportunity to grade at the kyu test/belt grading. Belt Grading consists of kihon (basics), kata (form), kumite (fighting). All candidates must wear a karate gi (uniform), and also be a current member of Shotokan Karate of America ($125 annual membership). Forms for Kyu Test and SKA registration are available at the CSULB Dojo. All candidates and kyu leaders should arrive 30 minutes early for registration and dojo set up/clean up. After grading, we will have an optional dinner TBD.
