About this Event
Are you interested in producing food from a home kitchen with intent to sell to the public? If so, you need to complete a food safety training per the Colorado Cottage Foods Act. This training meets that requirement and upon passing, provides you with a certificate of training valid for three years. Course topics include: basic food safety applicable to food prepared in a home kitchen, packaging and labeling requirements, and an overview of eligible and non-eligible Cottage Foods products.
