Hope you can join us at the CSSA AGM and November Gathering! For those unable to attend the hall, we will still be on Zoom (details on how to join can be found below) and the Gathering recording will be posted to the CSSA Members-Only Group (usually within 48 hours).The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cactus and Succulent Society of Australia Inc. will be held, commencing at 7.45pm (AEST). All CSSA financial Members will be provided with relevant documentation for the AGM, as well as Committee Nomination forms via email.
📣 Our Speaker this month is Noelene Tomlinson – Aloe species cultivated in Australia
A Powerpoint presentation of 60 of the over 100 Aloe species cultivated in Australia, with details about each one, and many photos of the plants and their flowers.
Noelene Tomlinson of Melbourne became a Committee member of the Cactus and Succulent Society of Australia Inc. in 2001, Librarian in 2002, and vice-President in 2005. She retired from CSSA Committee in 2013, but remained Librarian until the end of 2022, and is a Life Member of the Society. She has been growing cacti and succulents for 60 years, and has an extensive collection of them. Her special interest is Crassulaceae, and many of her photographs are on the website www.crassulaceae.ch Over the past 10 years, she has given a talk on a particular genus of succulents at a CSSA meeting each year, showing many photographs she has taken.

Please remember to bring your own mug for a cuppa at the supper break!
The order of proceedings will be as follows (approximate times):
• 6.00pm Hall will open to set-up the venue (if you can assist with set-up this would be appreciated)
• 6.45pm Sellers may enter the Hall to set-up their sales
• 7.00pm Members/Guests/Visitors may enter the Hall
• 7.30pm Zoom room will open
• 7.45pm AGM starts
• 8.00pm Monthly Gathering starts
• 10.00pm Gathering close and pack up (if you can assist with pack-up this would be appreciated)

Guests/Visitors are welcome to join our Monthly Gatherings either at the hall or via Zoom for up to three occasions, after this time, we ask you to become a Member.
