About this Event
Kit includes 4” Terra cotta pot, paint, brushes, live plant & soil. Our Paint & Plant Wellness Classes are meant to bring awareness to Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. We pair air purifying plants with art therapy to increase the attention on the importance of mental health and self-care. We educate individuals on the real-life statistics of mental health and suicide and in turn promote positive outlets to turn to when combatting mental health symptoms, with plants and creative outlets. We do not instruct on what everyone is going to paint on their pot. There are more mental health benefits by you getting creative on your own, then us giving you step by step instructions. You will learn all about this the day of our event! We will most definitely assist you with any questions you may have and any help you may need! This class is to serve as a mental health break while supporting your self-care and letting everything else go for the moment! Our Paint & Plant Wellness Classes are for EVERYONE and EVERYTHING! They are perfect for team building, staff meetings, students, nursing home residents, and pretty much every other organization that is around. We hope you leave with a little more purpose, a little more knowledge, a lot more hope and an even cooler plant!
