Welcome to the new CTEX conference! The annual CSFA conference has rebranded and CSFA leadership is pleased to announce the launch of the CSFA Training & Education Expo.

Our 2023 CTEX Conference provides outstanding educational and networking opportunities for people associated in all aspects of fire safety. CTEX will be open to everyone involved in the fire service, not just CSFA members.

CSFA invites businesses that provide products and services to the fire service industry to join this year’s conference as an exhibitor. Still going strong in its 101 years, CSFA is dedicated to ensuring its members a strong and united voice in the evolution of the fire service through unity in leadership, legislative action, education, training, and quality member services.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

CSFA hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, CSFA realizes that extenuating circumstances do occur. The CSFA Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

The CSFA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual CSFA conference.

All cancellation refund requests must be sent in writing to CSFA at [email protected] indicating the reason for cancellation.

• Conference registration canceled on or before March 31, 2023 is refundable but subject to up to a $50 administrative and processing fee.

• Registrants canceling on or after March 31, 2023, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.

• Registration fees may be transferred to another individual and the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status and additional fees may apply.

• In the event CSFA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, CSFA will refund the cost of registration.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents CSFA from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, a significant emergency event that affects the attendance, and presenter absence.
