Cré Make Space (Youghal)Ceramics Workshop for Families

Make memories together during this creative workshop for families! This Cré make space begins with a hands-on introduction to ceramic handbuilding techniques, followed by plenty of time for creative play with clay. You’ll be encouraged to experiment and bring your ideas to life with support and guidance along the way.
Whether you're making decorative pieces, simple sculptures or imaginative designs, you'll have the freedom to explore your creativity together as a family in a relaxed and engaging environment.
At the end of the workshop, you can take your clay creations home to enjoy as decorative items, or opt to have them fired with the optional Kiln Service.
What's included:
- 2 hours of hands-on, creative play with clay
- Materials, aprons and tools provided
- Small group size (4-6 families per class)
- A family space is for 1 adult & 1 child or teen, with the option to participate with an additional child for a reduced rate*
- Take your clay project home to air-dry as standard, or book the optional Kiln Service at the end of your workshop
*max. 2 children/teens per 1 adult, or book another family spot
Age Suitability:
This is an intergenerational workshop for all ages from 5 years+. No previous experience is necessary.
Kiln Service:
Optional and bookable at the end of the workshop. The service includes project handling, firing and assembly, with delivery to a local collection point. Cost: €15 per project. Lead time: 2-4 weeks.
