This class will guide you through various crystals that are used for the root chakra, how to cleanse your crystals, how to set intentions for your crystals, and how to use them for your root chakra. Each person will go home with crystals for the root chakra. At the end of class we will have an optional 30-minute root chakra yoga and meditation utilizing the take-home crystals.
All classes are $20.
