On this workshop you will find out about the 7 main chakras of the body and how they can be kept healthy for a balanced mind, body and soul through the use of meditation, sound and crystals. You will do exercises involving pendulums, dowsing rods, enjoy chakra meditations, learn how to use crystals on balancing your chakras while working with your own energy field.
Our Chakras can be described as the organs of our luminous energy field in the same way that our body has physical organs. Each chakra can be likened to a wheel and the spiral of each one narrows as it gets near to the physical body. They transmit information from our aura and represent a blueprint of our body. They can hold past pain and trauma which has an effect on our auric field. Our chakras can affect our physical health along with our emotional health.
During the day you will experience a smudging ceremony to cleanse your chakras and the auric field.
You will enjoy a chakra meditation which will give you guidance on grounding and protection techniques.
Exercises will be carried out that involve the use of crystals and pendulums allowing you further insight into what colours, sounds, organs and key issues are associated with each of the 7 main chakras.

Working with energy
Crystal exercise
Work with pendulums and dowsing rods
Sound bath with crystal bowls
This workshop will give you knowledge and support to further your spiritual path and maybe open up a new journey for you.
If you have a pendulum then please bring it with you. I will have some you can use on the day if you haven’t one - there will some to buy as well.
Please bring your lunch and water with you.
There will be a handout to take home with information on your chakras and crystals at the end of the day.
This will be held in my Garden Room in Great Moulton.
The Early bird option of £70 is available until the 1st June. The cost will then be £90 after this.
