Crystal Yoga
Crystals have long been used for art, adornment and energy healing. In this crystal yoga class, we’ll choose a stone or crystal to help deepen our focus, poses and breath. Each stone will come with a written affirmation and is yours to keep.
With a focus on the heart chakra we will emphasize yoga poses, breathwork, affirmations and meditation. In energy work, this chakra is related to unconditional love, compassion and joy.
The class is open to the novice and advanced practitioner alike. The class will be slow and gentle with some information related to reiki.
