Come and restore yourself at a very special private wild spa.Journey to the Sussex countryside to the beautiful Southdowns Rural Retreat, the location for Crystal Waves: Sound, Sauna and Swim.
During this two and a half hour Mini Retreat, you will spend the afternoon resting and healing: a blissful sound healing in a cosy studio, followed by a sauna and swim in a unique wild swimming pool.
During the sound healing, the tones of the healing instruments will make your cells tingle.
Then, after a grounding and comforting piece of homemade cake, we will head to the sauna for a different kind of relaxation.
When the warmth of the sauna has raised your energy, you can cool down in the unique natural swimming pool. The water is clear and refreshing.
A totally invigorating experience.
And then back to the sauna to warm up. You can dip in and out of the pool whenever you like.
Hand blended herbal tea and water is on hand to hydrate you.
You'll head home relaxed, refreshed, and restored. With your goody bag safely tucked under your arm.
