About this Event
Sometimes you need a bit of support when you’re learning how to be more mindful. A crystal sound bath may help, especially if you’re prone to overthinking, which makes it difficult to meditate in a more traditional way. Crystal sound baths are great for individuals with difficulty connecting to traditional meditation, but still yearn to experience its benefits. Arguably, the best part is that all you need to do is show up in comfortable clothing, lay peacefully, and receive the sounds around you.
