The event starts with a short overview of the chakra system followed by a guided Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation.
The sound produced by crystal bowls, which are made of quartz, brings positive effects and changes in the body, specifically the autonomic, immune, and endocrine systems. In fact, modern scientists and doctors are integrating this work into medical practice.
