SUNDAY 27 OCT 2024This short suburban walk takes in five attractive parks and gardens with plenty of interesting and unusual features. Dogs can use this trail as well, but must be on a leash.

TRANSPORT & MEETING POINT
We'll meet at Crystal Palace Station at 10:30am and leave the meeting point at 10:40am.
Start: Crystal Palace Station
Finish: Forest Hill Station
TRAVEL
There are frequent suburban trains from both Victoria and London Bridge to Crystal Palace (in TfL Zones 3/4) and Forest Hill (in Zone 3). Both stations are also served by London Overground trains from Highbury & Islington.

FOOD
We will stop during the hike for a snack lunch, so please bring food and drink. We will visit a pub after the hike where we can get refreshments.

The cost includes the guided hike and the Club's insurance.

Suitable hiking clothes & hiking footwear, ideally hiking boots, waterproof jacket, trousers and footwear are recommended.
