SUNDAY 2 MARCH 2025This short suburban walk takes in five attractive parks and gardens with plenty of interesting and unusual features. Dogs can use this trail as well, but must be on a leash.

Hiking time: About 4.0 to 5.5 hours of actual hiking

TRANSPORT & MEETING POINT
We'll meet at Crystal Palace Station at 10:30am and leave the meeting point at 10:40am.
Start: Crystal Palace Station
Finish: Forest Hill Station
TRAVEL
There are frequent suburban trains from both Victoria and London Bridge to Crystal Palace (in TfL Zones 3/4) and Forest Hill (in Zone 3). Both stations are also served by London Overground trains from Highbury & Islington.

FOOD
We will stop during the hike for a snack lunch, so please bring food and drink. We will visit a pub after the hike where we can get refreshments.

The cost includes the guided hike and the Club's insurance.

Suitable hiking clothes & hiking footwear, ideally hiking boots, waterproof jacket, trousers and footwear are recommended.
