Our New Moon and Full Moon Singing Bowl Sound Bath series are designed to calm your mind, relax your body and get access to the theta brainwaves where healing and insights occur.
The New Moon is a powerful time to set your intentions for the month ahead. The Full moon is a great time for change and release what no longer serves us in order to make space for new beginnings.
We encourage our participants to bring their own crystals for clearing and charging during the sound bath.
For each session, we will begin with aligning our energies, tuning into our bodies with EFT tapping, writing down our intentions and adding them to the crystal mandala. Mae will then guide you through a 10-minute body scan followed by a unique 40-minute healing soundscape with the gong and full moon singing bowls. Once the soundscape journey has finished, you will be left in silence for a few minutes before we close the experience with picking an oracle card for insights and guidance.
Our Studio
Our Wellness Studio is a space that is dedicated to hosting and conducting sound healing related sessions and training. We also offer personal Singing Bowl Therapy sessions by various Sound Healing Practitioners. Do contact us for your appointment.
Our Facilitator
London-born Mae Kwan started her spiritual journey more than a decade ago when she first attended a Hindu philosophy class at an ashram in Hong Kong. Determined to enter her first class with an open heart, Mae was inspired to study further and immersed herself in meditation, Tibetan singing bowl therapy, yoga teacher training, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), Mindscape and Feng Shui certifications.
Musically, Mae started her classical music training at the age of 5 then continued to explore her singing and song-writing skills when she took a year out from her architectural studies. Since then, Mae has performed her own material on numerous occasions in London and Hong Kong. This combination of talent, skill and experience have enabled Mae to become a dynamic player that performs according to the energetic connection she makes with her clients.
Please arrive 10 min early for temperature check and to settle in. We will begin on-time and door will be locked 5mins after the official starting time. Latecomers will not be admitted as it would disrupt the experience for all. Do feel free to bring your own cover materials such as a scarf to keep yourself comfortable.
Reschedule & Refund policy
Please arrange reschedule and refund at least 24hrs before the event starts. This will give us time to process your request and allow other participant to take up your spot.
