In this real life "Defence Against the Dark Arts" class, learn to establish your Empath 'Earthsuit'.

Just as astronauts need spacesuits to survive in the harshness of space, Empaths and Highly Sensitives require an Earthsuit to survive in the energetic harshness of the earth plane.

• Writing materials, class is experiential but feel free to take down your own notes.

About Sean Then :

Having known that he is an Empath since an early age, he has spent the past two decades in search of a solution to the energetic/emotional/physical overwhelm that comes from the automatic empathic ability.

This exploration led him to the path of crystals, gems, and natural materials as Nature is always dependable (Man, not always).

Being both a healer and goldsmith of his spirtually focused jewellery practice, he shares what has worked for him in hopes of empowering and equipping other Empaths with their own Earthsuit armor so that they can finally have the relief from their heightened sensitivities and thrive in being themselves.
