Join us every Sunday for a deeply restorative Crystal Harp Sound Healing session, a sacred hour dedicated to relaxation, alignment, and energetic renewal. The pure tones of the crystal harp, tuned to 432 Hz, create soothing harmonics that gently realign your body’s natural vibration and bring a deep sense of peace.
During this immersive sound experience, you may notice tension dissolve, emotions balance, and your mind drift into a meditative state. Sound vibrations from the harp work on a cellular level, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and overall energetic harmony.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you get comfortable. Wear loose, cozy clothing and be ready to relax fully as you surrender into the healing frequencies.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply renewed.
How it works: Just bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy and perhaps a blanket if you get cold easily. For this hour session, you will sit or lay on your mat that overlooks the beautiful Sun Moon Yoga and Healing scenery while you drift away to the meditative crystal Harp.

Our Experience
About Jhailyn:
The founder of Modern Hippi, Jhailyn has traveled world wide learning different meditation techniques and healing techniques from a variety of cultures. Born in the Dominican Republic and having both Taino and Sephardic roots, she has had an interesting opportunity to explore all facets of spirituality.
After a 10 year period of studying and dissecting the various cultural methods, she has hosted many guided meditations and full moon rituals both domestically and internationally with a focus on becoming one's best version via integrating the shadow self.
She has been hosting guided meditations since 2018.
Some places that have had the most influence on her meditation style: Thailand, Bali, Philippines, Dominican Republic, and Greece.
