In less than week, Saturday 4th of May, an amazing 2 hour Crystal Facial Workshop with a Yoga Nidra Relaxation afterwards! ..a true relaxing treat..Lotus Tree Yoga is very excited to bring you for the first time a Crystal Facial & Yoga Nidra workshop!
i've collaborated with Krista from Eden beauty, this lovely lady is a fully qualified beautician & Cosmetologist who runs her successful business from her salon in Bembridge,
On Saturday 4th May
between 10.00-12.00
At the yoga studio in Ryde chiropractic clinic in George street!
We will be learning how to give ourselves a Crystal Facial, to boost circulation, define your face & release toxins & fluid.. guided by Krista using crystal tools & gemstones, along tropics skincare, elixirs & Essential oils, you will then experience a full 45 minute yoga Nidra relaxation with crystals by me to finish a really magical experience..
The workshop will cost £30.00 per person
if you have a Gua Sha & roller bring them or there will be ones to purchase on the day!
