Preteen/Teen Crystal workshops first date Sunday 23rd February , enter the wonderful world of crystals, grounding and mindfulness in a relaxing and educational environment. Workshop includes... FREE crystal for grounding, Grounding practice, Learn about the Chakras, The basic Crystals for the Chakras, Practical of placement, Breathing exercises. Only 6 spaces available for each class to book or if any enquiries please contact directly, £5 non refundable deposit to be paid to secure space. 10.30am-12pm (ages 10 to 12), 1pm-2.30pm (ages 13 to 16). An adult needs to stay throughout the workshop
