I warmly invite existing students to join me for a morning of meditation and a chance to practice your skills on each other. Maximum of 8 spaces available.This is an invitation only event and not open to the general public.
On the day, please bring your level 1 or level 2 crystals. I will have some available to borrow. Also bring a water bottle, notebook and pen.
