Join us for an extended soundbath class. We start with a chakra energy balance - don’t worry if you’re not sure what this is! It’s just a guided meditation over areas of energy in the body to gentle release stress and negativity, then use crystals to re-align and bring in their energy to help us in ways that we need. Then we drift gently into a bath of sound waves over the body from crystal bowls, chimes and gongs. Let the soundbath transport you to a place of deep relaxation, restoring calm and energy within.
Then we finish with a complimentary hot drink. Choose from a range of teas and coffees as well as a festive treat.
You’ll receive a goody bag too, full of wellness items.
All in the beautiful event room at Seascape Cafe, North Sea Observatory, Chapel St Leonards, Lincolnshire.
All equipment is provided for you. Please note this is a mat floor based class.
We provide a blanket, pillow and eye pillow but if you’d like to bring your own or additional ones please feel free.
Please note that soundbaths are unsuitable for pregnant ladies, those with epilepsy, undergoing treatment for cancer, heart problems, recent injury, surgery or trauma.
Screws in the body or deep brain implants and those with serious mental health conditions.
