Crystal Chakra Balancing + Reiki with Laurie & SandyLimited to 8 participants
Join us for a deeply grounding and rejuvenating afternoon designed to restore energetic balance from the inside out. This special group session blends the healing properties of crystals with the calming, meditative nature of Reiki.
We’ll begin with a brief explanation of how crystals work to support and balance the body’s energy centers. From there, you’ll be guided through gentle movement and breathwork to release tension and arrive in a centered, grounded state.
Once settled comfortably on your mat, props will be used to support your body in full relaxation. A guided crystal chakra meditation follows, with healing crystals placed on each of the seven main chakra points to support energetic alignment and flow. Each participant will also receive individual, hands-on Reiki to amplify the work of the crystals and support the body’s natural return to balance.
