Join vyb studio of Winston Salem on the 1st Tuesday of each month for a unique and soul-soothing meditation experience!
In this special seated meditation class, we’ll blend the power of sound and silence to guide you into deep stillness and presence. Owner and lead teacher, Allie Labate, will begin with gentle breathwork and grounding techniques before easing you into meditation with the resonant, healing tones of live crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments.
Unlike our longer Sound Bath Journeys, this is a simple yet potent session designed to fit seamlessly into your evening. It’s perfect for both new and seasoned meditators.
🔹 This class encourages self-trust and inner exploration, with minimal verbal guidance and a strong focus on personal practice.
🔹 Please bring your own mat or cushion if desired—communal bolsters, blankets, and a few rental mats are available.
🔹 Please arrive a few minutes before the session begins. Doors lock at the start time.
