The perfect way to relax and recharge. The vibrating tones of Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments, help break through the mental and physical blocks of mind, body and spirit to promote a deep sense of relaxation, well-being and inner peace. Sound baths move the brain into deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies, inducing meditative and peaceful states that allow for clarity of mind and intuition.
You'll be taken on a profound inner journey, and leave with a serene sense of inner calm to help restore and stimulate your body’s own natural healing abilities.
Please bring your yoga mat, anything you need to sit comfortably (we have bolsters you can borrow if liked), bring or borrow a warm blanket, and an eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes and your water bottle. Wear warm / cool layers for temperature fluctuations.
