Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Meditation & Reiki Energy Experience

Join Reiki Master and Sound Healer Justine SanFilippo on Sunday, February 22nd at 5:00pm for relaxation and recalibration! Each crystal sound bowl is tuned to the frequency of the chakras. Just by closing your eyes, and listening to the sound bowls, they will do their magic. Each person will also receive Reiki energy healing to help rebalance and cleanse the energy system. During the session, you will be lying down the whole time, so feel free to bring what you need to be comfortable, such as a pillow, blanket, and eyemask. Some yoga mats are provided, but if you have your own, please bring one. $35 energy exchange
