Join us for a Soothing Crystal Sound Bath💫A crystal bowl sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where participants are bathed in the healing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls. The soothing frequencies help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and guide the body and mind into a state of deep rest and restoration — similar to a meditative state, but without any effort required from the participant.
