About this Event

Join us for a live sound bath in the beautiful O’Byrne Gallery at the Daughters of the American Revolution Museum.

This 45-minute sound bath will feature seven crystal alchemy singing bowls tuned to 528Hz and 440Hz. This bowl set is built on the perfect 4th/5th music intervals which allow for several harmonic chords and binaural sounds to be played, which promote balance and deep relaxation of the mind and body.

The crystal singing bowls used in this sound bath are made with the highest grade quartz crystal (99.99% pure) and are infused with earth elements like salt, charcoal, iron oxide, Tibetan quartz, copper, gold, and rose quartz (which is why they’re called alchemy bowls). These alchemies have special benefits that are carried in the frequency of pure tones.

Participants should bring a yoga mat to sit or lay on, and can bring other items to promote relaxation (e.g., blanket, eye mask to block the light).
Please arrive 15 minutes before this event begins to allow sufficient time to pass through security and to prepare your space. Once the sound bath starts, no admittance will be allowed to the O’Byrne Gallery. No refunds will be offered for late arrivals.
