The Center for Spiritual Living Greater Dayton will be offering a Crystal Bowl and Wind Gong Sound Bath by Sarah Hartfield on July 27 from 6:30-7:30pm. Sound baths are capable of bringing relaxation and also inspiring creativity and much more.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket/towel and pillow if you plan to lay on the floor.
