Love crystals, but not sure where to start when it comes to working with them? Then this crystal basics workshop is for you!We will cover the basics of working with crystals, including:
- How to choose a crystal
- The importance of cleansing your crystals and the different techniques that can be used
- Programming and deprogramming your crystals
- Crystals for the home, work, health and energy work
All participants will receive written notes and a top 5 quartz crystal pack to work with on the day and take home to continue your crystal journey.
The session will run for an hour and a half with a guided meditation to tune in and connect you with your crystals.
Our aim is for you to leave this workshop feeling confident in choosing and working with crystals to assist you in your day-to-day life.
