The CRY Family Fun Run event takes place on the same date as our Family Fun Day.We hope children of all ages and their families will get behind this great cause – to bring a Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) heart screening event to Grimsby.
This is a local campaign led by a family whose daughter – Josephine Chatterton – died suddenly aged 24. Jo had an undiagnosed heart condition that would have been picked up with a screening. This CRY Fun Run is in memory of Jo, and is raising funds to screen 100 local young people. Find out more about Josephine’s story.

This is a non-competitive charity fun run, with 100% of your entry fee (£5) going towards a heart screening event to help local young people.
The Fun Run has been very kindly sponsored by Porr and Pennells. All runners will receive a medal.
