Come hop aboard the Cape May - Lewes Ferry with a special FUNSTERS Cruise with boatloads of great music! Put your dancing shoes on and rock on as the ferry takes the party off dry land and onto the beautiful Delaware Bay.
On Saturday, September 27, the Ferry will cruise the Delaware Bay for a fun evening of music, food, and drinks with Delaware's premier Rock 'n Soul party band The Funsters.
The Funsters have been playing rock 'n soul dance music for over 25 years at venues throughout Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and beyond and are sure to get the ferry rockin'!
September is a great time to kick back, try something different, and have fun. You can have it all on a relaxing bay cruise where you dance the night away with family and friends. View a spectacular sunset as you sip a refreshing beverage. Experience a cruise to nowhere to remember with great music in a unique venue.
When: Saturday, September 27, 2025. Check-in and boarding begins at 4:30 PM. Ferry departs Lewes Ferry Terminal at 5:00 PM and returns to the dock at approximately 8:00 PM.
Cost: $40 person. Adults 14 and over only for this special excursion and you must be 21 years of age or older to drink.
Each adult must present a valid ID at one of our ID stations, prior to boarding, in order to receive a 21+ wristband and a 21+ wristband is required to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol.
No discounts can be applied to this cruise. This event is rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the cruise by the Cape - May Lewes Ferry.
Please note, as much as we LOVE our Furry friends, they will NOT be welcome aboard this cruise for their safety and security.
Includes: Foot Passenger passage and entertainment.
Food & Beverages will be available for purchase from the food concessions onboard the Ferry. (No other food vendors will be on board) All customers wishing to purchase alcohol will have their ID verfied. No discounts can be applied to this cruise. There will be several bars that accept CASH ONLY. PLEASE BE SURE TO OBTAIN CASH PRIOR TO BOARDING THE FERRY, WE DO NOT HAVE AN ATM ON BOARD.
No outside beverages of any kind will be allowed on board. Coolers are not permitted on board for this cruise. This special event cruise is NOT a BYOB event.
Handicap accessible: Via the terminal elevator or dockside elevator, then on board via the elevator from the passenger deck to upper deck. Entertainment will be on the vehicle deck ONLY which can be accessed via the vehicle ramp. Handicap restroom available on the vehicle deck.
The band will perform on the vehicle deck. Guests will be permitted to bring lawn chairs on board for placement in designated areas only. If the weather conditions are not conducive to sailing in open waters, the Ferry my remain in the harbor or at dock for the duration.
