Join Tabi and Heather at Yorktown Yoga and Wellness (previously Garden Of Zen Yoga Studio) for the final Sip & Paint workshop session, with Sound Bath included!This session will focus on the crown chakra, the chakra of all chakras, called Sahasrara Chakra. The Sahasrara is at the top of the head and represented by a violet, crystal light-colored lotus flower with a thousand petals. Learn more about the crown chakra and all the chakras at the workshop.
We’ll begin our class with a grounding meditation, a brief introduction to the chakras, and then it’s time to get our creative juices flowing with painting, sipping, and charcuterie, all while Heather provides a sound bath to tune the chakras and relax the body.
No matter your previous painting experience (and none is needed), this workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning more about the chakras, creating your own unique masterpiece, and relaxing while doing so!
Workshop includes all painting supplies, food and beverages, Crunchy Hydration drinks, grounding meditation, chakra teachings, and healing sound bath. There will also be door prizes!
