About this Event
Teaming up with local heart based sound bath facilitator Andrea Roye to bring you a lovely evening of meditation & crystal bowl sounds
Beginning the evening with a crown chakra infused meditation circle, accompanied with oracle cards, herbal tea & incense to calm the mind, induce relaxation & connect you with universal consciousness
Completing the circle with a special sound bath by Andrea Roye allowing you to go deeper within as you surrender to the Crystal Bowls & Light Language Crown Chakra Activation
🤍Please bring your own yoga mat & mug for herbal tea
Wear light clothing as it will be warm
We gather upstairs in the Pavilion & doors will open at 6:15pm. Drive through the Park Avenue gates.
