This is a charity event being held by Crossmaglen Rangers Senior LGFA and Camogie teams, in conjunction with Crossmaglen Running/ Walking Group to raise funds for Women’s Aid and Crossmaglen Rangers. What’s involved?
This is a beginner-friendly 6-week training program cumulating in a 5K run/walk on Sunday 13th April at 10am (registration from 9am) ALL WELCOME 😁
We will meet twice a week; every Wednesday night at the Rangers Hall (8pm) and every Saturday morning, at Beansy’s (9am) starting Wednesday 5th March 🤩
A training schedule will also be provided. So you can follow along if you can’t make the meet ups.
The goal of this event is to gradually increase your running/walking endurance while keeping things both manageable, enjoyable and having a bitta craic 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️🤩
