And we're back!Join us for the next instalment of our annual-ish event Crossing the County Line, an evening of independent music showcasing some of the finest alt-country and Americana songwriting from the Northwest.
Tragicomics and friends will be taking over one of our fave haunts HEAD in Stretford on Thursday 14th November and we'd love to see you there!
Featuring:
* Cliff Cheetham, a local singer-songwriter who crafts beautiful, timeless ballads and breezy pop tunes via a rich baritone and jazz-inflected ukelele. Also an inimitable mouth trumpet.
* Toenails, one of our favourite Manchester songwriters who blends heartfelt and raw Americana stylings with elements of emo, slacker rock and a lo-fi aesthetic.
* A full band headline set from Manchester alt-country 5-piece Tragicomics, playing songs old and new from harmony-rich country ballads to psych-rock epics.
Tickets are £8 advance. Doors 7pm.
Please note this is an over-18s show.
