CrossFit Waukee Lift-Off
Join us at CrossFit Waukee for an epic day of lifting! Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting out, this event is for you. Test your strength and compete in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This is a low preasure compition where you can meet fellow fitness enthusiasts and cheer each other on as we push our limits together. Male and Female divisions no weight classes. A combination of weight and age will be used to calculate places but really this a time to lift with friends in a great atmophere!
