AMRAP4Autism - Kids Version
Come join us at CrossFit Versatile for a special event just for kids! Kids ages 5 to 12 are welcome to participate. This will be a 10 minute AMRAP at 11:00am (directly after our competition). The workout will be similar to our workout:
10 Air Squats
10 Burpees
10 Hang Power Cleans (light)
10 Sit-ups
100 Meter Run
