7x CrossFit Games Athlete Margaux Alvarez will be presenting a Gymnastics Clinic at CF Raw Appeal on Sat Nov 23 from 9am-3pm. Margaux was a member of the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff for a little under 6 years and is currently a coach at the Power Monkey Fitness Camp.

As a renowned Fitness Coach and subject matter expert, Margaux will cover all of the following during the 1 day clinic: pullups, toes to bar, muscle ups, pullovers, handstand holds, handstand walking, handstand pushups, core strengthening movements, mobility, and other accessory movements to support your gymnastic skills.
