KeKo Cardio Party is back in 2026! 🤩🥳

On the 14th of February from 10:00 till 16:00 we will have a 6 hour long Cardio Competition. We will be competing in teams of 3-4 (your choice) - teams of 4 will have an obvious advantage, but teams of 3 get to sweat more! 🤪

There are 5 different ergs: Rower, Bike, Ski, Echo Bike, Treadmill for running. 3 different stages: AMRAP calories, EMOM work and finishing it off with a For Time stage (details about the stages will be released closer to the competition). You get points based on your standing on each stage and the team with the least points throughout the 3 stages will take home the grand prize! 🏆

Team composition is up to you, the calories for the ladies will have a multiplier of 1.25.
