Crossfit Deviant Same Sex Pairs Summer Games
If you didnt qualify for the Crossfit Games this year, fear not you can take part in the Deviant Games instead.
Instead of our annual sports day we will be holding an inhouse same sex pairs competition. It will cost £10 per pair to sign up, all entry money will be going towards prizes and snacks! Heats will start around 9:30 with us ending the day around 13:30. That gives us plenty of time to put you through your paces with 3 workouts. After the competition has finished we will be heading over to The Bell and Harp for beers and El Capo will be there with there with the pizza van. Hopefully there will be a singer on too, if not karoke might get a bit wild! We will also be streaming the Games in the pub garden!
To make sure the pub has enough staff, beer and pizza we have added a FREE ticket that you will need to get just so we have an idea of numbers.

RX Pairs. Scaled Pairs. Parent & Teen (these can be mixed pairs)
Movement standards will include:
RX Pairs
- Barbell 60/40
- Double Unders
- Box Jumps
- Pull Ups
- DB 22.5/15
Scaled and Parent & Teen Pairs - Barbell 40/25
- Single Unders
- Step Ups
- Ring Rows
- DB 15/10
The main aim of the morning is to have fun and throwdown. Shit shirts and fancy dress will be encouraged!
