Join us as we celebrate "CROPTOBERFEST" October 19 & 20 at the Best Western Plus Okotoks Inn & Suites! Be prepared to be SCARED SCRAPLESS as we have some pre-Halloween fun!Cost is $120 per person and this includes your own 6 or 8 foot table (first come first served on table size), pinwheel sandwiches and juice for lunch on Saturday, pastries and coffee for an afternoon snack at noon on Sunday, wonderful seat gifts, games, and door prizes!
Overnight Option is an additional $154.50 per room plus taxes ($162.23) (single or double occupancy so if SHARING a room, each person would pay $81.12). We have rooms held so if you are wanting to stay overnight please let us know and we will secure you a room once your payment has been received. Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am. Complimentary full breakfast is available for hotel guests. The hotel also has a swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness facility.
Please note this is designed as a weekend retreat and your table is yours for the entire weekend, no matter how many hours you wish to crop.
Besides our Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast, meals are not included and there are no restaurants on site, however many food options are close by. You are welcome to bring your own food/snacks in a thermal bag. If you are staying overnight, the rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave for your own use.
Any cancellations after September 30th will forfeit the $120 registration fee. If you have booked an overnight room, the $154.50 plus taxes will be reimbursed if 48-hours notice is given (by October 16).
We will have a Creative Memories (CM) store on site and will accept cash or e-transfer for payments.
