We will be going through the entire process of laminating the dough, and shaping the croissants, so you will be able to make them at home for your loved ones.
Workshop will end with dinner (what you've baked in class), fruit, and salad!
You will be taking home plenty of croissants to share!

What to expect?
You will get your hands dirty as this is a HANDS-ON class. We will be talking about all the important aspects that need to be taken into account when making croissants. We will be pounding and rolling a lot!
Do you need to have previous baking or bread experience?
You don’t, all baking levels are welcome. Everyone will learn something and have a fun time baking with others.
How long is the class?
To be able to go through the entire process of croissants, this class will take 3.5 hours. The last 30 minutes we will be sitting and having lunch together.
Can children attend the class?
If your little one or teen is into baking, they will love it! Just keep in mind the length of the class. If they are coming with an adult I’m ok with it– just let me know beforehand! They must be registered and paid for as an attendee ahead before the scheduled class.
