Our Pastry Chef will take you step-by-step through the croissant-making process. In this hands-on class, you will make the 'détrempe' and 'beurrage', then learn how to properly shape, fill and bake to achieve flaky, delicate croissants.
The class is hands-on.
This class is perfect for friends who want to have a fun and safe activity together
Depending on the pace of the group, the class will be done in 4 to 5 hours.
Your safety is our priority: 12 guests maximum per class with social distancing.
