We'll be manning an awareness stand inside the Swannery Restaurant of the hospital on Friday 6th December to raise awareness of Crohn's & Colitis Awareness Week .Our volunteers will be available between 10-3pm if you want to pop over and find out more about IBD, the main charity, other local network events & activities or even volunteering opportunities!
