About this Event
Cosy, handmade fingerless gloves are exactly what you need for these colder months, and they're a great project to have up your sleeve for handmade Christmas gifts!
These funky accessories are not only super cute, they're also incredibly easy to make. You'll be guided through a beginner friendly pattern, learn a fun crochet stitch, crochet techniques and enjoy some good chat with fellow crocheters!
At the end of the workshop you'll have your very own pair of one-of-a-kind fingerless gloves.
Crocheting is an incredibly mindful and relaxing craft and, when you become proficient with the stitches, you will find that you can bring your crocheting out anytime you have a spare 5 minutes to relax. This is what its all about, a chilled Sunday afternoon of relaxing crochet.
All materials are provided for this workshop, with a selection of colours availble,
However if you would like to choose your own materials, you will need the following:
- A ball of Chunky Yarn
- Size 6.5 / 7 mm hook
- Scissors
This workshop takes place at Counter Edinburgh on Queen Streer. Also - your ticket price includes a drink! Lovely.
Crochet Club is a monthly event which introduces you to a new pattern and project each month. No commitment required, just check what is happening each month and book your space.
*Please note that spaces are limited to ensure that everyone has the chance to access tuition*
See you there!
